Laura Constanza Medina Mora

I am a graphic designer and visual artist; just finished a Master of Fine Arts in Casa Lamm, Mexico City.

I have been practicing graphic design for more than 30 years; worked for Landor Associates in San Francisco, CA., for Pushpin Studio in NYC, and for Design Center, Mexico City. In 1991 created my own design studio called Estudio Graphik, S.C., in 2008 changed the name for Brandlab, S.C. We basically build brands (corporate & commercial —packaging—) from cero —naming, strategy, positioning— to all the touchpoints of the brand.

Along with my design practice, I have always been interested in my own art expression, have been disciple of Robin Bond, Sergio Hernández, Martha Ramírez y Walter Boelsterly. Have experienced with several media & techniques: ink, oil, acrylic, silkscreen, digital print, photography, video, typography, etc. Have exhibited my work in different individual and collective exhibitions.

I am excited with the future ahead, unifying art & design knowledge with different techniques & media to find new languages for my own expression.
